most of us have seen the stunning work of coralie bickford-smith. her penguin classic and f. scott fitzgerald book covers make the historic books all the more collectible. looks like she's done it again for great food, another penguin press collection born of one woman's love affair with old british cookbooks.

i realize that we have yet to see spring show it's pretty face in full form, but when i came across these looks for fall, i had to share. saturated color and dense patterns look like they're here to stay awhile. and i like it.
